The first review is here!

After spending five years working on a book, it’s more than a bit anxiety-inducing to learn that the first review of that book is public. I hesitated for a moment before I opened the email from my publisher about the review. But the good news is… it’s a great review!

Kirkus Reviews calls A Death on W Street a "thoroughgoing, riveting narrative" and an "exemplary investigation." Kirkus also awarded the book its “Starred” distinction, described by Kirkus as “one of the most coveted designations in the book industry” and marking books “of exceptional merit.”

I couldn’t be more thrilled for the book’s first review to be such a positive one.
